Please adhere to the requirements for dropping off Game Meat:

Required are: 

- WIN#, TAG# and WMU# (for all animals) in order to complete our hunter information section on the order form. (We are required by law to obtain this information before taking in wild game or sausage trim or parts of game animals)

- We reserve the right to refuse any meat we feel unfit for consumption (i.e. too dirty or green)

- We recommend to cut your meat into fist size pieces for easier handling

Useful Tips

- Clean your meat well. Fat & sinew free meat = The Best Sausage

- Freeze your meat in 20lb batches (M/M Batch is 30lbs including Pork

-Avoid garbage bags of any kind for freezing (Many are scented or contain chemicals). We recommend freezer bags, food grade pails and butcher paper
